Im building a very small custom case for a ATX board, and wondering which is the best way to set up the fans. I have decided on two possible configurations.

Which one, A or B, and which fan should be blowing and which one sucking. Naturally the HS fan is blowing inside.

Note: There is a card in the AGP slot with a riser, and 2 sticks of ram, a quite high NB hs. Otherwise there is no obstruction, since all the other components are in a different compartment. All the fans are Y.S. Tech Silent 80mm. Also, the fan of the PSU sucks in from a different compartment, and there is no way for the air to escape except the fans.

Is there a duct going from the side panel to the cpu?

Yes, its a window. I might no need to duct if the fan is close enough for good results.

Put your exhaust fan as close to the cpu as possible. You don't want hot air sitting around/ pushed around to the front. I can't really tell what you're trying to do from you diagram. (Looks like something i would do hehe)

Well, since theres nothing stopping the air rushing from fan no.1 to fan no.2, should I add some kind of barricade (maybe at a 45degree angle), so the cool air would be pushed into the cpu/ram/nb area? Seems like it would really help temps.
