CAN I ENLARGE THESE HOLES WITH NO DAMAGE?

ill be inserting nylon bolts in the 4 holes at each corner of my pcb to mount DD water block.
1 or 2 of the 4 holes is smaller than the others.
can i enlarge these 2 slightly since there are no metal traces in the area to be enlarged?

I would say just a fuzz but be careful. You may just want to get some narrower bolts instead.

I wouldn't risk it. Booards are multi-layered so even if you don't see any traces that doesn't mean it's safe. Just get the next size smaller bolts.

Gerry- its me again liquidfusion remember- well now that i have my 750 my 200watt ps is not cutting it with all the rest of my gear- id upgrade to a 350watt unit to be safe-cause when my voltage drops to low it reboots and other crappy stuff.

yeah ive got a 700 with 800 core and gettin ready to solder to 1/3 for a loarge overclock.
i need to pick up a larger psu for sure.
ive got a 12v 21 amp and a 156watt pelt im gonna install after i mount the water block and check my flow and all.
