There have not yet been any sound cards developed that are 64-bit so far. But, 64-bit PCI slots are backwards compatible with 32-bit PCI slots so all sound cards should be compatible on your system.

CreativeLabs is working on a new generation of sound cards as we speak that run on the PCI-Express standard that make even the Audigy2 ZS look pathetic in quality and performance. Stay tuned to next fall for this release.
