Sandra 2002 at 185FSB on Barton 2600+ - I didnt write down the codes but I think it was AQXKA if I remember correctly.
After that I shot for 200FSB (2.3ghz) but it would not get into windows.

Unfrotunately I will never know as I don't have the machine any more :(
I can say it felt fairly stable and that it was capable of more..it booted at 200FSB but would not load windows, so I guess with good cooling and some more voltage it may have been possible.
