P4C800-E review shows overclock prob

I was set to get the P4C800-E based on all the reviews & discussions here until I came across this review:

The reviewer (and editor at the end) talks about voltage regulation problems that cause overclocking problems. I looked to see if the review had been discussed here, but didn't see it mentioned.

So I'm curious if anyone else has experienced the voltage regulation problems discussed in the review.
