how long can an amd cpu live when it's running at about 50 degrees C? i mean running 24/7 and at full load.

The CPU will live a lot longer than it's usefulness. Think of it this way, every 2 years or so there is basically a new design coming out. So if it lives 2 years that's ancient in terms of CPU life.

CPUs will last forever if not overheated.

forever or until you remove the heatsink then only about 3seconds.
