Where can I buy a good 1.4 gig chip that will be overclockable

I bought my 1.2 266fsb AXIA here and they were cheap and shipped fast.; http://www.econopc.com/
There is no guarantees when overclocking CPU's. You have probably seen sites saying "1.4gig guaranteed 1.6 to 1.7". All that means is they were able to clock that high. Unless you have identical set up yours odds of hitting the high end are slim.
