look on the cpu die itself, if it has a "b" it is a 100 fsb or "200" if it has a "C" it is a 133 fsb or "266"
Take a look here (http://forums.overclockers.ws/forums/Public/Uploads/Post-4-12093-core_codes_cropped.jpg)

because its default setting is like 13.3x100=1333, if you keep the same multiplier and up the FSB to 133-is never gonna boot- thats 13.3x133=1769mhz, that is just too much for that chip.
Set the settings to 10x133=1330, (you have to drop the multiplier to get a higher FSB) then slowly up the FSB, you should get to1450-1500 with air cooling and probably more. id try around 10x145/150 to get 1450-1500mhz. The not lowering your multiplier is your problem

I havent even tryed 2 overclock it yet m8! i cant even get it 2 run at 133x10 it only runs at 100x10 it locks up at 133x10? could it be faulty?

so it will run at 10x100 butr not at 10x133, that is strange -my first guess was a locked chip? but you can change the multiplier so thats not it. hmmm, it could be that one of your other components dont like a running at that bus speed, do you have any setting between that like what mhz increments are there-try like 11x115 or something
