why is this not quite working?

greetings all!!
Shark here... now amazingly unable to get stable above 1400... havent changed anything except putting in new ram... a 256 stick of crucial cas2, replacing my 256 of generic crap and a 128 of crucial cas3.... HELP?
im away from the comp right now, so ill post some other problems later... all i can get into windows with is 10.5x133 cas2, all mem settings on turbo and 4way interleave...
i lost and waaaaay too tired to think anymore...

If you want higher FSB put the memory to CAS 3.

you should be fine running at cas 2 at 133 as its rated at that. Umm, turn of the interleave and turbo and see what happens.
