The Socket 940 processors (like the FX-51) aren't gonna drop much for a while. They already had their price drop (30% for most Opterons) and shouldn't be due for one until Q2 2004 at the soonest.

Amazingly this proc is still available. I guess AMD won't touch a Refurb with warrenty.
