Help with my scores

Here is my system;

According to Sisoft Pro, here are my scores for these 3 benchmarks;
CPU-2497/1219
CPU Multimedia- 4813/5550
Memory- 480/618


What could I do to achieve higher scores?
What part of the memory timings do I adjust and which way, higher numbers or lower?
I can achieve 950mhz, either by going up to 9.5 or by raising the FSB to 105. I can't get any higher than this. I feel there may be things somebody can point out to me that I am doing wrong to help me. I am using the drivers that came with the pc parts when I bought them. I ahven't downloaded any yet. Does anyone think that may help me? Thanks for the info.

well, one of the first things you can do is lower your multiplier and up the fsb to 133 or higher, then you will take advantage of all that pc2100 ram.
Do you have service pack 2 installed? If not, that would be a good idea. In bios, what do you have set for the memory settings?
Also, you might want to get a bigger power supply sometime soon to adequately power all that hardware.

my memory settings are 8883732. Thats the default.
