Amd k5 100 how high will it go????

i have an old k5 100 running windows 2000 and i think its time i overclock it and i am wondering how high should i make it go? i know the board will handle 200 but i am weary as its an old chip and i don't need it biting the dust before i can get in my p3 to replace it. thanx for any help yoou can give me. also how high can a amd 450 go i have it at 500 right now but should i put it higher.

I believe 133 Mhz could be possible 66x2, ad a little more voltage if this is possible on your Mobo.
I don´t think, your K6II 450 would do much more than the 500.
Did you already have to increase voltage? what do the temps say?
