My current water cooling set up consist of a Mag 3 pump (350gph@1'head), Danger Den Maze 3 waterblock, and a 3 pass 3/8" copper core radiator that is 11"x8"x2 3/4". I think my radiator is much to restrictive to flow. It is hurting my temps. Running low 40's to mid 40's.
I have decided to change to a heater core from a '85 Camero. I think it is about 7"x7" plus the top and bottom tanks. Currently my rad is in a negitive pressure box with 4 92mm Fans on it. I was going to build a shroud with this one with a push me pull me configuration.I was thinking of going with either the 172mm fan or the 120mm fan directly above it from this page,

Any advice on which I should get? Also does anyone know how to make a fan controller that can handle 60 watts???
