I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on this crap-ass of a problem im going through. Well, here it goes....
A while back, about a month ago, i had downloaded some anime movies, and to my suprise, they werent Mpeg, or AVI. They were OGM files (Ogg Vorbis). I had downloaded the codec (Ogg vorbis Direct Show) and could watch them. I knew i was going to get a DVD burner very soon, so i encoded about 10 of the episodes just to save some time when i actually get down to burn ing it. So i did 10 out of 26, and it went splendidly. The same quality as the source vid (720 x 480) and crisp vid quality.
A couple of weeks went by, and i got my burner the Pioneer 106 (the Retail one with + and - burning). I had burned the vids onto DVD-R with no probs, and when i watched them they were SUPERB quality, audio was great, and so was video.
Now onto my problem. Now since i burned off those 10 episodes that i encoded, i needed to encode the ones still in OGM format. (Notice that i watched all of them from OGM format and they were all fine, as in no problems.) Now i want to encode the rest of the movies, but when i do, there are wierd pixels when the scene changes (ie. from the whole kitchen to the fridge). I dont get it, it only happens on the specific files (as in only on the OGM files i have), and not any other ones, as in avi, or Mpeg. I have tried reinstalling my codecs, but it did not do anything. I also tried to burn the encoded vid (the one with the pixellating effect at times), and played it on my DVD player, and it also portrayed pixels. Now i dont know what to do, and am getting angry, and frustrated. Please leave some feedback on what u think should be done.

P.S.- im using TMPG Enc. (newest ver.) to encode my movies, which is what i used for the first episodes which came out splendid.
