LAME command lines

Hi. A few years ago, -r3mix was the command line to use with LAME. But apparently that has changed. I saw this info on the EAC forum months ago, and am trying to find that command line now, but the forum is currently down (who knows how long).

Anyone know the most up-to-date command line for high-quality VBR?
