Two Quick Questions,

Should I use 3.3V or 3.4V for the vio setting? I know lots about computers and boards and stuff but the defualt setting for the Abit KT7A-RAID is 3.4V VIO and I thought it was supposed to be 3.3V since SD-Ram is rated 3.3V.

HELP!

-Also, does it make less physical amount of heat when lowering the VIO voltage, I never really checked.

3.3 is standard but many manufacturers go higher for better stability. I don't think it will really cause more heat so you should be fine.

IMHO every setting up too 3.6 is fine. Which setting u should use depends on your overclock, your Brand of Ram and your Mobo. I would try the lowest possible setting. If itīs stable, fine if not up it in small steps until your System gets stable again. But thereīs some Ram which canīt stand high Vio, so be careful. My Apacer Ram doesnīt like anything above 3,5 for example. But 3,4 is perfectly stable...
Just have a try, you wonīt kill anything, if you be careful.
The extra amount of heat, caused by higher Vio seems to be minimal
