Is it possible to change multiplier with KA266-R?

I have an IWILL KA266-R and i'm trying to raise the multiplier (to 8x or more, default 7.5x). No matter how it set the jumpers the multiplier is always at 7.5x. Does anyone here know how to increase the multiplier of KA266-R? Please help out.

Your processor is probably locked. What processor is it?

AMD Athlon 1.0 gig, (bought it from www.newegg.com)
Is there anyway to unlock it?
