YEAH! I finally overclocked my t-bird 1ghz to 1.33 ghz (10 x 133). I might even go to 1400, but there is this usse of heat, on load, my 1.33ghz t-bird goes to 53degrees Celcius...is that too hot? If it iss, then ill stay here. Did i mention that my retail box amd t-bird 1ghz was luckily enough an AXIA "Y", i mean...what r the chances in that happening?

Also, when i was with my 1ghz cpu, in 3dmark2k, i would get a score of 6700, but when i o/c to 1.33ghz, iget a score of 7400!!!!! that is an increase of 700 points!

Very good overclock!! I have the same chip but AVIA core, both these chips are awesome. Yes, that is way too hot, some may say OK, but you will get some unstability at that temp. A good rule of thumb is anything over 50c under full load is bad. Good luck in the future, get a kick-a$$ heatsink combo and the sky is the limit!!

That is a Sweet OC! I've been savin' up for an upgrade and I think posts like this have affirmed that the 1Gig T-Birds are choice chips!!) Now I just have to make a payment on my credit card!! Seriously though, congrats on the OC...looks like it's time for you to start saving too...for some new cooling!!!
