hmm they both tell you your temps however with mbm you can add in compensations and you canminimize it and it runs nice and tidy righ on the taskbar, you can also use shutdownnow! with it justincase your temps get to high when you are away. all in all MbM has way more features

both give me about the same temp as my BIOS...but i like MBM 5 better...as stated above, it gives more features, like Shutdown Now! ( seperate download )
