OK i changed my multiplier to 11.5 and my fsb to 135 when i boot it goes to the windows boot screen and my system shuts off!! i lowered the fsb and same prob... i changed back to 11 multiplier and upped the fsb to 140 and it works fine any ideas why the shutdowns??? still i am getting a better system overclock by uppin fsb rather multiplier right????
cpu temp 41c now and 31c moboard... wonder if i can hit 146 fsb.... 1.6ghz would be nice,

The shutdown happens maybe because thats just the way the proc. is, they are all different. And yes, upping the FSB is better because all the components in your PC are techniclly 'overclocked'. But with the multiplier its just more Mhz, which is still good too tho :)
