Hiper is one brand that did well in an Anandtech test almost four years ago. Their 250W was among the best and beat some Leadman (Powmax, Raidmax) 400W PSUs.

I believe that first one is a Key Mouse... not the best I hear. Hiper would be my choice of the ones mentioned - IIRC these are made by Fore Point Industrial along with TTGI and Superflower.

I forgot that I have a Key Mouse (www.kmepc.com) 300W MaxPower/EverPower PSU. Its case is a little funny in that it has only three screws on top, but they may have changed this. It seems to be OK, actually a bit better than my 300W Powmax when loaded down, but it came with no AC line filter so it snowed up the TV picture and blocked radio reception.
