View Full Version : Antec PSU just died today :(
I have an Antec SL350 Smart Power on my other rig. this morning it just wont boot up, so i swapped another PSU(one that came with my case, a no name) and booted her up. it booted, I tried one more time to try and see if my Antec still works. pushed the power button, still no go. so I just used the PSU that came with my case, i think its a turbo link brand. btw, my other rig is not OC'ed, my parents are using it. I've just bought this PSU this summer, and its already dead? is there anything i can do?
is it possible to send it to Antec and have it replaced?

I would RMA it back to Antec ASAP - the word Turbolink isn't usually associated with quality lately, unless you happen to have one of the CWT made 420's that aren't just Real Power units with a CWT model number (to find out, search the UL file number from the label at www.ul.com - it's beneath the backwards UR symbol).
ok thanks, I will be doing that today.

I personally found Antec to be very good about their PSU replacements . Call them up , tell them the problem , date purchased , then give them the serial number of the unit and send it in per the RMA instructions .
If the unit is under warranty , you should have no problems getting a replacement . :D
