Welcome newbie,
Start with the cooling, is it good? Under 50c for CPU temps are required for O/Cin, some say 60c, but better to play it safe. Once you know you have decent cooling try the FSB in your BIOS. Let us know. Good Luck!!

Hey NAS_Phoenix welcome to the forums!
To monitor your temps you can try MBM 5 (http://home.talkcity.com/Arcade/spock84/Mbm508.exe). It's a very cool program that can even email you if your temps go to high. There are lots of fun features to play around with.
