alright i got this board some years ago and its been good to me but recently i have been getting speed hungrey and want to over clock my 1.7 to a 2ghz or so (heat shouldnt be an issue at this point, im very carefull about it) the mobo supports the following
either software or bios based ocs are wanted i run win xp
Bus Speed 400 MHz FSB

CPU Support Socket 423 processors
Intel P4 at 1.3/1.4/1.5/1.6/1.7/1.8/1.9/2.0 GHz

System Memory Four RIMM sockets

North Bridge: Intel 82850(MCH)
South Bridge: Intel 82801BA (ICH2) [/EDIT]
i have 2x 128 600mhz and 2x 128 800mhz
(the fsb seems to only be 300mhz when the 600mhz pieces are in..)
1.7ghz (sockett 423)
the bios has a page for ajusting the clock mulitplier from 8x to 22x i beleive but it doesnt seem to change anything on the post... any ideas to fix this
