Got a cheap case today for my sisters computer. Advertised as having a 400W power supply. That seemed to good to be true! Well it was!
The thing only puts out 165W combined for 3.3V and 5V :(
I have a Deer 300W PSU and it does 160W.
I am putting together a 1.4G for myself and planning to overclock a lot, any ideas on a good PSU for overclocking? I have heard that Enermax's have good power ratings, but have read about some people having issues with them. Any recommendations would be great.
I use the 300 watt Emermax works fine voltages stable

Check AMD's recommended/approved power supplies. I believe some versions of the Enermax's aren't approved, so that's probably why people have problems with them

I just bought a Future Power case w/a 400w PSU-think its the same one???I'll be ticked off if it does only put out 165w cause I'm planning on getting at least a 1.33T-bird- Is it pretty easy to change out the PSU???

yep that's the case
Oh, I did some searching about what the best power supply, within reason. "PC power & Cooling Turbo-cool 450 ATX"
These have the highest sustained +3.3V, +5V output I have found. 300W!!!
That is better than the 270W of the Enermax 651 and it is about the same price.
