P4c800-e deluxe Questions

Alrighty first off ive tried upgrading the bios to the new one several times using both afudos and the asus update program they both say they are flashing the bios but when i look at bios date it still says 6/23/03 sigh and the other thing asus probe says my cpu temp is 9 degrees C is that even possible? thats so low...

with regular water or air cooling that sounds just wrong...

I know I'm like wtf 9 degrees c?! not even if I had h2o cooling would it be that low so I dunno whats wrong here, I have a zalman 7000 acu btw
