I have a Future Power case w/a 400w PSU. It also says on the PSU max 165w. Does that mean it only puts out 165 or is the number for something else, cause I have a 250w case and it says 150w max. PLEASE ADVISE.

the 165W is the sustained wattage the PSU can supply for +3.3V and +5V. These voltages are what the motherboard draws from. This value needs to be 180W+ for a T-bird 1.4Gig. I deduced that from observing that the min +3.3V, +5V value for any power supply that is AMD oked for 1.4 is 180W.
