Difference between these two ps?

I am loooking to buy a 350 Fortron, could someone explain the difference between the top two listed.

I plan to use it for the system in my sig. I do have the R9500 NP now. I only have one HD and CDRW for now, I may add more later. No other cards except the VC. I do have 5 fans, plus the one on the heatsink.

The only difference really is that one is a barebones OEM and the second is retail, with a better fan and cooling options. Either should be sufficient for your setup, but the second does give you greater cooling options.
