Some weird problem...

ive been running win2000 fer like half a year since the last update i did...

and all of a sudden it juss started crashing..
first it was the aim that crashed....
now the aim worx and the winamp crashes..
and sometimes the ie crashes too...

iono... i doubt you guys know whats wrongs. but if u ahve an idea.. i need help..

First thing to do is a complete virus check.

Also, did you install any new updates or software? Some people are complaining of AIM trouble after an update.

In addition to Stool's suggestions, if there is an error message post that. Is your computer oc'ed? If so, reduce the oc. Good luck!

this might be shockking.. but its under clocked

start >> programs >> administrative tools >> Event veiwer.

Are there any errors there that can point you to a cause?

You got any heat issues?? Anyways, I am sure we can figure this out. As Kendan said, check the event viewer, any info in there might be able to help us figure out whats going on.
