does a 1/2" OD tubing the same as the 1/4" inner diameter and 3/8" outer tubing used in Koolance water blocks? i'm a noob in water cooling and my buddy's Koolance system broke down, he needs a new reservoir and pump, if possible can someone recommend a pump? this is primarily for the Koolance CPU-200G water block, thanks

hows this? http://www.svc.com/swmchedu300g.html

ah it makes sense now, how can 1/2" OD be equal to 3/8" OD :bang head

can anyone recommend a pump? preferably one that doesn't need adapters for 1/4" ID and 3/8" OD

thanks everyone

we need your help once again guys

we have a whole watercooling set but need a new reservoir and pump, i'm thinking about these products:

The Hydor L30
http://www.dangerden.com/mall/Pumps/Pump_hydor.asp

and

Reservoir
http://www.svc.com/uvblbawacore.html

both of these products use 1/2" OD fittings

unfortunately the whole set we currently have is from Koolance and uses 1/4" inner diameter and 3/8" outer diameter tubing, can someone please offer suggestions and perhaps give me a link to the tubing adapters or pump barbs that i would need for this set?

normally ppl use to call 12/16 tubing 1/2", what is ID.
And according to hwat I know, Swiftech preffers 10/12 tubing usually called 3/8" becasue of its ID (OD is 1/2" here)
