POWER SUPPLY QUESTION

Anyone know anything about Sparkle power Inc. power supplies? I was looking at a 300w psu model FSP300-60BT -I noticed on amd's web they recommend the 400w model-just wondering if this one will do the trick or the Sparkle Power Supply 350watt #FSP350-60BNA since I got to replace the crappy Future Power 400w one in my case.Can get the 300w for $35.00 and the 350w For $55.00. Don't want to spend a buch of $$$ but don't want stuff blowing up either. It says on the 300w P4 ver.(12v)-newegg.com the max is 280w so I'm thinking the regular should be the same.

ive been running a sparkle 300w for 6 or 7 months now with out any problems my system is very stable ;D
