P800 DELX-UAY Memory options need advice

Here is a list of mem that I can get here where I live. Prices are in canadian BTW. I'm going with the 2.6c 800fsb. I'm trying not to spend lots on memory as I have already spent a bunch of cash. I do plan to overclock. I was thinking closer to OCZ400512ELDCPE-K 512MB PC3200 EL Dual Channel DDR Kit Platinum Edition (2 x 256MB) $ 209.95 because its 2-2-3-5.
