Is there currently any RAM that is rated to do 250 FSB @ CAS 2?

GeIL Ultra PC4000 runs 2.5 7-4-4 by default, but I heard that they can run on better latencies and speed, as they run 2.6-3.1V. 2-2-2 would be probably hard to achieve tho.
Golden dragons PC4000 run the same latencies, 2.55V-2.95V
, but ppl had problems with come golden dragons to make them run on lower CAS.

You can always get Geil ultra platinum PC4200 dual channel kit
CAS 3 8-4-4 @ DDR533MHz, which still are overclockable with voltage specified by producer - 2.6v-3.1V
