do the barrons run cooler around 2.2+Ghz they the t-bed b's?

do they run cooler? im wondering if i should get an extra t-bred while i can or if i should just get a barton when the time comes.

Having recently migrated from Tbred to Barton, the Barton, despite having more surface area on the die to get rid of heat through, is running a few degrees C warmer for the same clock speed and Vcore.
