Hi evryone i have a Duron 700 that i was able to get 840 out of with an A7V i used a pencil on the L1 bridges to unlock it i was just wondering if there are any other bridges that would need to be closed for more performance i read something about closing the L7 bridges also for more voltage above 1.85 but not sure.. could someone please help.

Yes there is a way to do a voltage mod on that chip but is your cooling up to par?

my cooling is descent i use a global win cpu fan the high rpm model it sounds like a blow dryer :)

Yes, you can restore the L7 bridges to achieve maximum voltage by closing them all, but it will only give you a nominal 1.85V, that is the maximum available on the motherboard without a voltage mod to the board itself. If you do decide to close the L7 bridges, you may get a bit of a boost because upon startup, the BIOS looks to the default settings on the CPU to initiate the boot process, thereby giving you a bit more voltage early in the boot up.

I don't have a link handy right now but, I believe that you can find a link to a procedure that will show you how to modify the A7V to increase the Vcore on the front page of this site.

Good Luck!
