cooling !!!!

i have a athlon 1.2 200/266 fsb i heard there was a way to cool it down alittle with a few proggies wpcrset and wpcr edit by changing a value to EB and then setting it and getting the right pcr file! if there is such a way can anyone point me to a tutorial on how to accomplish this step by step mobo is an Asus A7V133
please any help!

where do i get the pcr files i need for my A7V133 mobo? and i think the change is in line 5 and you change it from 6B to EB but still dont know the procedure

11060391.pcr is the file name for VIA chipsets, is that what you have? I can e-mail it to you if ya give me your addy.

First of all do you have a soundblaster card? If so you may loose use of it because this hack. I had to switch to Yamaha.

this thing only works on certain versions of the bios..........

for example it doesnt work on my a7v with 1008 beta bios
when i change the value to EB than after like 1 or 2 sec it will change to EC or something like that if i didnt remember wrong

the link to the proggies takes me to the site but is says no down loads available for pcrs and wpcrset and wpcredit. any other place to get all of these?
