my Brothers 1300T-bird is 47*C/117*F using a volcano 2 fan! FAN HELP?

Hey this fan was supposed to be good for up to 1500 chips. What fan is the best? Any multiple bladed Copper fans out there? What fan are you using on your 1300? He won't let me watercool or Peltierize it soo....

47C idle or load? Either way that temp is acceptable. You probably won't get much of an overclock with it however The best quieter HSF is the Glaciator ($40), Louder (some say very loud) fans include the Swiftech MC462 and Sk6 (don't recall the brand). All 3 perform similar to each other. I chose the Glaciator because of the lower noise levels.
