WUT is the tempature and amd 1200 mhz should be running at not overclocked. IT has a 266mhz fsb.

that can vary wildly. What hsf fan are you using, and what is the ambient air temp?

It really depends on the make of the heatsink /fan (HSF) that is on the cpu chip. My friend's 850 MHz TB un-O/C with a generic HSF is at about 52C nominal. Another friend's 1 GHz TB un-O/C with a coolmaster (semi-generic) HSF is 48C nominal. There is also other grey zones and that is due to how the motherboard reads the temperature.....how good the heat is remove within the case itself.... so you see...it's all relative...
My 1 GHz @ 1.4GHz is at 44c full load with an high end HSF. The better you can cool the chip, the better you can O/C

I'm guessing the following...
4 fans...1 bottom front for air in, 1 in the PSU, 1 in the rear upper for air out, and 1 fan on the heatsink...
O/Cing: a better HSF is a definite. You may want to be carefull with the HSF installation. I heard mix review with the orbs...mostly negative with some issue on chipping the edge of the cpu. There are several good articles on heatsink fan combo.
You need to check you motherboard to verify that it can be overclocked.(adjustable multiplier, adjustable FSB, Voltage, etc.)
Even if you cannot, a good HSF would still be a plus for the life of you cpu. That 58C is most likely a nominal and not at full load.
