I want to OC my vid card but I dont know how. I have radlinker but I cant seem to find a "how to" article. I dont want to fry my card. Anyone know where I can find some sort of walkthrough?
there should be a tab under radlonker that says "clock rate" or somethin similar. check the "enable clock chage" (i think it called that) ans slowly take the core/ memory up by 5mhz each time. when things lock up/ you see artifacts, lower the speed a bit.
the r9600pro does not get hot at all, I have one, so you should have plenty of headroom

What about voltage and such? Is that AGP voltage? Im still a noob.
Do I have to reboot after each change in the radclocker?
radclocker does not need to be rebooted to set the new clock speeds. overclocking your videocard will not effect your agp voltage
