ok i have:

abit nf7-s
barton 2500+/enermax adjustable 92mm
maxtor 80gb
radeon 9800pro
dvd
cdrw
5 case fans
floppy
256 mb - 3500 xms corsair
256 mb - 3500 Kingmax SuperRam
enermax 465p(431watt)

the problem:
when i overclock my comp(200x11) even with loose timings(8.4.4.2.5)i run normaly then my comp starts to stutter heavy in games and when listening to mp3-s while attempting to type something music stutters, i look in mbm and it says my cpu clock is 2094, or 2174, or 2XXX(should been 2200) some random number, it seems that every time my comp changes clock by itself it starts to stutter. maybe psu is to weak for the setup, or psu is dying or my mobo is faulty ???

Welcome to the Forum
To me it appears that its probably a driver or windows problem. I would ideally format the HD, instal Windows with apic mode disabled in the bios,, update all win patches, install latest Nforce2 drivers, video card drivers and make a Norton ghost disk, just in case. If your problem does not go away, before you invest in another PSU, make sure you cool also the SBridge and the mosfet area. The mp3 stattering could be a hot Sbridge.
In the long run you are better off with memory modules of the same type, if you are running in dual mode. What happens when you have only one stick.??

same thing happens with one stick, southbridge is cooled(modified nortbridge cooling also for max efficiency), mosfets are cooled with enermax 92mm which resides on my slk 947u, and blows air all over slk and mobo.

how about reinstalling windows? before you buy a new PSU

forgot to write that, already tried reinstaling. but im in dilemma, maybe it's mobo that is broken, could it be my mobo that is s***** bricks ??? im kinda hesintant about buying a new psu coz antec truepower/control 550 is my only option and that psu is expensive(dont have much psu-s to pick to begin with, in my country it-s enermax or antec which came later or generic type like MS....)

have you tried running prime just to see if your cpu is stable at that speed?

btw you can get the antec 550 for 100 us dollars at directron the last time i checked

It could very well be your PSU, what kind of readings do you get under heavy load?

This guy is in Croatia (part of old Yugoslavia), unless if directron ships overseas
