9800SE AIW problem

Well this is mainly a AIW problem because everything else works fine. Well the problem is that my friend who has that specific card and has the newest drivers cannot find TV Tuner from the newest Catalyst drivers with Multimedia Center, it just says Video In but there should be TV Tuner option, but where is it?

Ok i found something interesting and it seems the problem isn't from ATI it is from Microsoft...when using directx 9.0b the TV Tuner functions won't work then and to resolve the issue you have to contact Microsoft support, i mean WTF? Why couldn't they just put some file or something to people to download? BTW. Could Omega Multimedia Center TV Tuner work from omegacorner then?

Any people resolved this problem?
