Program to read system temps

I have a dualie motherboard, with two AMD MP's 1.2 overclocked to 1.8 each. I was using motherboard manager but It started to crash my system. After booting up my computer, and doing normal applications, the computer would flash a blue screen and restart. I discovered it was because of the motherboard manager. What other problems are good to read system temps?

MotherBoard Monitor is a good one.
