My computer isn't overclocked and it crashes and freezes it was overclocked but i put it back to 1400mhz. I replaced every part in my pc about 2 times in the last 2 months excluding the cd rom drive and floppy lol.I can't take it any more every time i play a game such as Rogue spear or Max payne it crashes or blue screens its very annoying I feel like breaking my pc. I just got a 431 watt psu and some crucial ram and it still freezes I replaced my cpu, motherboard, hard drive,etc... my temps are about 43c idle and 47c load on the cpu. Motherboard temp is 29c

Clear your CMOS and start from scratch. Default vcore should be about 1.75-1.8. Try vcore of 1.85 if you have to. Don't overclock anything and see if you still have these problems.

go here http://www.epox.com/html/english/support/motherboard/bios/8k7a.htm and update your bios

try that and see if it helps
make sure SB16 emulation is DISABLED

are you running anything on your USB?

if you are try to convert back to "old school" ps2's and serials

turn your usb off and the usb IRQ assine in the bios

usb can cause problems on these amd machines

Wow you sure have a nice setup. Going on just the information you gave i would bet a twenty spot that your problem is that junk enermax power supply. Enermax isn't on the AMD approved power supply list for a reason. Enermax's 3.3 volt and 5 volt leads are not strong enough for a 1.4, epox board, and a geforce three. Open up hardware monitor program and see what the 5 volt lead is at idle and under load. If your voltage is under or near 4.5 you have power problems. This issue has been discussed in the amd.mb forums in the iwill and epox sections if you'd like to see more information.

4.7 at idle or under load?

4.7 @ idle not load. Btw its runing pretty good now... I think the windows update thing messes it up.

Azz its runing good..... I installed each software 1 by 1 and ran tests playing the game seeing if it would crash. Im now trying to get fast writes to work but all the programs like NvmaX and Geforce tweak utility won't enable agp fast writes.... I can get sideband adressing to work but thats it. = ( If any one has a good registry hack for fast rites that don't mess my comp up with , plz post it.The last registry hack I had for fast writes wouldn't let me boot into windows with it enabled.
