Im making a external box and im gonna have a 7volt 120mom fan in there what exactly can I do in this type of situation?I have heard of a relay but My pump can stay on 24/7 no big deal.So what to do about this fan?

just use a plug from your psu if you can get it up there.

If not, it might be easier to pick up like a 75watt psu for cheap and put it up there.

I would wire 12V from the PSU to some type of interface(RCA plug) in the back of my case - same thing for the external cooling box. That way it easy to connect/disconnected. Also, you could use a fan controller from within your pc to control the external watercooling box's fan.

Adding a mini power supply sounds like alot of fuss if you dont have one kicking around.
