I am making a external box and I can get around 10-15 feet of this for 10 shipped I was wondering if this would be ok for watercoooling.It is gonna rip or tear is it that thin?

No but it is not as good as the 1/8" wall stuff IMO. The 1/16" will kink pretty easily on you where the 1/8" is pretty sturdy.

i mean there will be some preety tight turns is it that easy to kink?

yes it is that easy to kink
i doubt you'll be happy with it

I ordered 10 ft of 1/16 wall the first time and I wanted to hang my self with it... It kicked so much. Then I got 1/8" wall and its kink free I LOVE IT!!!!
