Questions on Prime95

Is this the best program to test stability?
Run on "Torture test" for best results?
Can run other programs while prime is running, like SETI, browser, etc.?

It probably isn't the best, but it is good.
Yea, the torture test will give you a fairly good idea of how stable your rig is. Usually it works the best if you run other programs that stress other components, like the video card to test them also. You should be able to run other programs like a browser, winamp, etc, while running it.
