Hi I wanted to change my background for my PC at work, but I'm unable to :(
I can set it through IE ( right click->Set as ), but it's only me that is seeing it. Others can't. Is there any .ini file that saves location or ?

And I can't get to Properties from desktop :/ ( Right-Click->Properties )

I tried changing the pic I want to .bmp renaming it and replacing original Win backgrounds ( bubbles ) with it. But it works just first time.

Thank you for your time!

if you dont have sufficient permissions to change the desktop then you cant change the desktop. and only peeps with local admin rights can modify user profiles of all users.
