View Full Version : Can omegas be o/c?
I'm thinking of installing Omega driver (since i've read good things about them) but I want to o/c this card (aiw 9800pro) later on.
Can I install omega's and o/c them later or should I install cat 3.9 and rage3d (or something like it)?
Thanks for the help.

You can overclock w/ both Omega's (Must include the option of installing Rad-Clocker when prompted), and ATI's own drivers now come w/ the "Overdrive" tab on XT models, but as you have a PRO, you'll need a seperate overclocker.....
Thanks for the prompt reply!
I think I'll go with the omega's as he says that the latest have some kind of OGL "fix" included for AIW cards (I have no idea what the problem is but i don't whant to find out).
omega drivers are awesome for games!

redken, ppl have been having problems with the cat 3.9's...I would recommend the Omega 3.7's...they are stable with most games
