Voltage settings

I am going to mod my board tommorrow, as I finally got the dip switch and resistors, and then I can actually get to overclocking my chip a bit... should I change the voltage settings? I have it at 1.79 right now, is that ok for overclocking? I notice most people run theirs at 1.85 though...

Push the chip as high as it will go without raising the voltage. When you can't go any faster, then bump the voltage and push harder. Eventually you will hit the wall. After a couple of weeks at your top speed, you may want to try for bit more. Call it the burn in myth, but it's often there.
