D-tek TC-4 Rev2

I bought this originally as an amd waterblock but I am going to be going with an Intel system and not quite sure what kind of changes I will be needing for mounting? Is it just the position of the holes? Do I need to buy a whole new waterblock? I'm not a handy man at all so if I'd need to do any modifications I think I'd be out of luck at the moment. Any help is appreciative, the waterblock didn't come with a manual so I can't refer to that :/

I know this is an old post, but I originally bought my Tc-4 with the intel setup. I am going to be going to AMD Athlon XP. Do I need anything to get the Tc-4 mounted to the AMD?
